Antipasti vegetable ham hammock

  • Vegetables of your choice (e.g. paprika, zucchini, mushrooms, aubergine, corn, onion)

In rough Share pieces. Cover one (or more) baking sheet (s) with baking paper, spray with WW rapeseed oil spray and spread the vegetables on top of each other. Spray again with rapeseed oil spray, salt and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven.

Put the still hot vegetables in a shallow bowl, season with pepper, add salt if necessary and add 2 teaspoons of sugar. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and 4 teaspoons of olive oil and mix well. Let it go for at least 3 hours. With 4 people, the whole thing has 1 ProPoint .
