Antipasti plate with olive paste

For -1 This is a recipe from the Italian summer festival. If you only want to cook 1 recipe, it is enough for fewer people
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 300 g pitted black olives
  • 5 EL Olive oil
  • 10-15 slices Italian bread
  • 1/2 Bunch Parsley
  • 2 (à 125 g) packs
  • Grissini
  • 10-15 wafer-thin slices
  • Parma ham
  • 10-15 discs Italian
  • Mortadella

Peel the garlic for the paste. Mix with the olives and puree. Finally stir in the oil. Brush bread slices with it. Wash, chop and sprinkle the parsley

Wrap the breadsticks with 1 slice of ham or mortadella each. Arrange with the olive bread on a plate. Add the rest of the breadsticks
