Pierce the eggs and boil in boiling water for 5 minutes. In the meantime, bring the soy sauce, 1/2 liter of water, oil, anise and chili powder to the boil. Rinse eggs, knock all around, but do not peel. Place in the boiling soy water and boil for another 5 minutes. Take the pot off the stove and let the eggs cool in the stock. In the meantime, wash the lettuce and let it drain. Peel and cut the eggs into sixths. Arrange with salad on a plate. Garnish with thin cucumber slices, radishes and parsley. A sauce made from soy sauce, anise and chilli, or a spicy vinaigrette made from vinegar and oil, tastes good with it
