Anise cookies

For 4 people
  • For approx. 100 pieces
  • 120 g lemon peel
  • 1 kg flour
  • 4 TL Cocoa powder
  • 2 Package Baking powder
  • 4 TL Gingerbread spice
  • 2 TL groundStar anise
  • 8 EL honey
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 500 g Butter
  • 200 g white, dark and whole milk glaze

Chop the lemon peel very finely. Knead the flour, cocoa, baking powder, gingerbread spice, anise, honey, eggs, sugar, butter and lemon peel into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough and cut out cookies with various cutters. Place on three to four baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake one after the other in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
