Angela's Aperol

- 4 organic limes li>
- 4 TL brown sugar

- 160 span> ml Aperol
- 2 small bottles of cold tonic water

- Wash the limes in hot water, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Divide the limes with sugar in 4 glasses and mash them lightly with the wooden pestle. Crushed ice and Aperoladd. Stir with a long-handled spoon, fill up with tonic water and serve immediately.
