Angela's Aperol

For 4 glasses
  • 4 organic limes
  • 4 TL brown sugar
  • Crushed Ice
  • 160 ml Aperol
  • 2 small bottles of cold tonic water

Wash the limes in hot water, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Divide the limes with sugar in 4 glasses and mash them lightly with the wooden pestle. Crushed ice and Aperoladd. Stir with a long-handled spoon, fill up with tonic water and serve immediately.
