  • 10 anchovy fillets (glass)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/8 l Olive oil
  • 1 EL lemon juice

Drain the anchovies. Peel and finely mash the garlic. Melt the anchovies in the hot oil while stirring. Add the garlic and lemon juice. Puree everything with the hand blender. Seasoning andlet cool down.
