Amsterdam meat pot

For 4 people
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 500 g Pork fillet
  • 100 g Ham, cooked
  • 40 g Butter
  • 1 Cup of cream
  • 125 ml Broth
  • Salt, pepper
  • Marjoram
  • white wine

Boil the pasta in salted water, quench and mix with 50 g cheese. Put in a baking dish.
Cut the pork fillet into approx. 2 cm thick slices and season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Heat the butter, fry the meat on both sides, take it out of the pan and place it on the pasta.
Pour the stock and cream over the roast. Let the sauce reduce a little and season well with salt, pepper, marjoram and a dash of white wine and pour over the meat.
Cut the ham into strips and place on top. Scatter grated cheese on top. Baked in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes (cheese must have a golden yellow crust).
