Amsterdam meat pot
- Boil the pasta in salted water, quench and mix with 50 g cheese. Put in a baking dish.
- Cut the pork fillet into approx. 2 cm thick slices and season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Heat the butter, fry the meat on both sides, take it out of the pan and place it on the pasta.
- Pour the stock and cream over the roast. Let the sauce reduce a little and season well with salt, pepper, marjoram and a dash of white wine and pour over the meat.
- Cut the ham into strips and place on top. Scatter grated cheese on top. Baked in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes (cheese must have a golden yellow crust).
