Fat, sugar,Mix the vanillin sugar and a pinch of salt until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Add milk. Mix and stir in the flour, custard powder and baking powder. Roughly chop 60 g cereal rings and fold into the dough.

Pour the dough into a piping bag with a large perforated nozzle and distribute approx. 12 tuffs (approx. 6–7 cm in diameter) on 3 baking sheets lined with baking paper. Distribute 30 g of cereal rings on the tuffs and press lightly.

Bake trays one after the other in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for about 10 minutes. Take out and let cool on a wire rack. Mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice together to form a thick glaze.

Brush the flat side of the American with the icing. Decorate with the rest of the cereal rings and let the icing dry.
