very easy
The oven (upper / lower 180 degrees Preheat, hot air 160 degrees) and prepare a container with hot water. Add the butter step-by-step with the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter-vanilla flavor and salt while stirring.
Then stir in each egg for about 30 seconds at the highest level. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk on a medium setting.
Place half of the dough with 2 tablespoons in 6 piles of the same size, not too close together, on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Then the Americans use a knife (the hot water in the vessel) to shape something and then slide the tray into the middle rail of the oven.
Brush the Americans with milk after 15 minutes and leave them in the oven for another 5 minutes. In the meantime, shape the rest of the dough into American shapes on another section of baking paper.
Put the finished Americans with the baking paper on a wire rack and place the dough on the baking sheet with the baking paper. Bake the rest of the Americans as indicated.
After the Americans are all baked, they need to cool down. In the meantime, sieve the powdered sugar and mix with the 3 tablespoons of hot water to form a thick icing. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt in a double boiler.
Finally, coat the cooled Americans on the underside with icing sugar or chocolate.
