- 1 Pkg. Vanillin sugar
- 5 span> drops of butter-vanilla flavor (from the tube)

- 100 span> ml Milk
- 2 EL Milk
- 200 g span> Icing sugar
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 150 g Dark chocolate / or milk chocolate
- 1 EL Cooking oil

- The oven (upper / lower 180 degrees Preheat, hot air 160 degrees) and prepare a container with hot water. Add the butter step-by-step with the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter-vanilla flavor and salt while stirring.

- Then stir in each egg for about 30 seconds at the highest level. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk on a medium setting.

- Place half of the dough with 2 tablespoons in 6 piles of the same size, not too close together, on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Then the Americans use a knife (the hot water in the vessel) to shape something and then slide the tray into the middle rail of the oven.

- Brush the Americans with milk after 15 minutes and leave them in the oven for another 5 minutes. In the meantime, shape the rest of the dough into American shapes on another section of baking paper.

- Put the finished Americans with the baking paper on a wire rack and place the dough on the baking sheet with the baking paper. Bake the rest of the Americans as indicated.

- After the Americans are all baked, they need to cool down. In the meantime, sieve the powdered sugar and mix with the 3 tablespoons of hot water to form a thick icing. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt in a double boiler.

- Finally, coat the cooled Americans on the underside with icing sugar or chocolate.
