American sandwiches

For 8 pieces
  • 3 Pickled cucumbers
  • 1 EL Mustard, 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt, white pepper
  • 1 small lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 100 g Noble mushroom cheese
  • 4 (30 g) slices
  • Breakfast bacon
  • 8 slices sandwich toast
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1-2 EL salad mayonnaise
  • 2 EL Fried onions

Cut the cucumber into slices. Mix the mustard and honey, season

Wash the lettuce and tomatoes. Cut the cheese and tomatoes into slices. Fry the bacon until crispy

Toast the toast. Cover 2 slices with half of the lettuce, ham and cucumber. Drizzle with honey mustard sauce. Place 2 slices of toast on top

Brush
naise. Cover with the rest of the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and bacon. Sprinkle with fried onions and place 2 slices of toast on top. Halve all sandwiches diagonally
