American sandwich

For 4 people
  • 200 g Chicken breast fillet
  • ½ teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 EL Oil
  • 8 slices bacon
  • ½ head of lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 4 slices cheese (Tilsiter, Masdamer or similar)
  • 12 slices Whole grain toast
  • div. Sauces

very easy
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Season the chicken breast fillet with salt, pepper and chili powder. Heat the sunflower oil in an ovenproof pan. Fry the chicken briefly on both sides.
Put in the oven and finish cooking in about 15 minutes.
Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy without adding any fat, then drain on kitchen paper. Thinly slice tomatoes and cucumber. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
Toast the toast.
The sandwiches can now be topped as desired.
