American Dressing

  • (50% fat)
  • 4 EL sour cream
  • 2 EL Lean quark
  • 3 EL Milk
  • 2-3 EL Tomato ketchup
  • 1 Bund Chives
  • 1 Bund Parsley
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Put the mayonnaise, sour cream and quark in a bowl and stir. Add milk and tomato ketchup and stir everything until smooth. Wash the chives and parsley, pat dry. Cut the chives into fine rolls, finely chop the parsley and add. Peel the garlic, press it through a garlic press and add. Mix everything well. Season to taste with salt and pepper
