American Dressing

- 4 EL Salad Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp sour cream

2 EL Quark (20% fat i. Tr.) - 3 EL span> Milk
- 2–3 EL Tomato ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Bund Chives or Parsley

- Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and quark until smooth. Stir in milk first, then ketchup. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives or parsley as desired, shake dry and cut into small pieces. Stir into the dressing
