American buttermilk pancakes

- 50 g + 40 g butter li>
- 2 sp an> Eggs (Gr. M)
- 1/4 l Buttermilk
- 250 g flour
- 2 TL baking powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 50 g Sugar

- Melt 50 g butter, allow to cool slightly. Whisk eggs, stir in melted butter and buttermilk. Mix in flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, stir in. Let the dough swell for about 10 minutes.

- Heat 1 teaspoon clarified butter in a pan. Bake about 3 small golden-brown pancakes from 1/4 of the batter. Bake about 9 more pancakes in the same way

- Shape 4 small balls or 'curls' out of 40 g butter. Arrange 3 pancakes and 1 butter ball each. With 1 tbsp each Sprinkle maple syrup and decorate with lemon balm if necessary
