Roughly grate the chocolate, melt the fat and chocolate over low heat and remove from the heat. Whisk eggs. Roughly chop the walnut kernels. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, salt and nuts into the chocolate. Cover half of the baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a number of creased aluminum foil to delimit approx. 1/2 baking sheet (18 cm). Spread the dough evenly on the baking sheet half.
