Amarula and cherry cocktail

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3–4 EL desiccated coconut
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • 2 EL coconut syrup
  • 3 EL Amarula liqueur (South African wild fruit cream liqueur)
  • 100 ml Cherry juice
  • Crushed Ice

First press the rim of the glass into ## lemon juice ##, then into coconut pile.

## Cream ##, coconut syrup, liqueur and cherry juice mix well in a blender. Stir in crushed ice.
3.
## Cocktail ## pour in, decorate with cocktail cherry.
