Amaretto tiramisu

For 4 people
  • 2 TL soluble espresso
  • 4 E L Amaretto liqueur or almond syrup
  • 250 g Lean quark
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 2 packet vanillin sugar
  • 100 g Lady fingers
  • cocoa

Dissolve espresso in 8 tablespoons of boiling water and allow to cool. Mix with liqueur. Mix the quark, mascarpone and vanilla sugar until smooth.

Line a square, flat shape (approx. 8 x 13 cm) with half of the ladyfingers. Drizzle with 4-6 tablespoons of espresso mixture. Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top. Place the remaining ladyfingers on top and drizzle with the remaining espresso mixture. Spread the rest of the mascarpone cream on top

Cover and chill the tiramisu for approx. 4 hours. Dust with cocoa before serving
