Amaretto pistachio cookies

  • 20 g chopped pistachio nuts

Beat the egg white until stiff, while drizzling in the sugar. Beat to a firm mass. Fold in the pistachios, almonds and flour. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Pour the dough into a piping bag with a perforated nozzle and squirt approx. 25 cookies onto each tray. Bake in a hot oven (electric stove: 150 ° C / gas: level 1) for 20-25 minutes.
