Amaretto coffee

- 80-100 g whipped cream
- 1 T L Sugar
- 300 ml hot coffee
- 4-5 EL Amaretto (almond liqueur)
- 1/2 TL Cocoa powder

- Whip the cream and sugar until stiff and place in a piping bag with a star nozzle. Mix the coffee with the amaretto and pour into 2 cupsto distribute. Sprinkle the cream on top, dust with cocoa and serve immediately.
