Amaretto coffee

For 2 cups
  • 80-100 g whipped cream
  • 1 T L Sugar
  • 300 ml hot coffee
  • 4-5 EL Amaretto (almond liqueur)
  • 1/2 TL Cocoa powder

Whip the cream and sugar until stiff and place in a piping bag with a star nozzle. Mix the coffee with the amaretto and pour into 2 cupsto distribute. Sprinkle the cream on top, dust with cocoa and serve immediately.
