Amaretto cherry jam

- 1,1 kg Sour cherries
- 1 (25 g) sachets
- 'Gelfix Super 3: 1'
- 350 g Sugar
- 3-4 E L Amaretto liqueur
- 2-3 drops
- bitter almond flavor

- Wash, stem and stone the cherries. Weigh 1 kg. Mix the Gelfix and sugar and mix with the cherries in a large saucepan.

- Bring to the boil over high heat while stirring. Cook for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the liqueur and flavor. Fill immediately into prepared glasses. Close and let cool down inside out
