Amaretto cherry jam

For -1 glasses (300 ml each)
  • 1,1 kg Sour cherries
  • 1 (25 g) sachets
  • 'Gelfix Super 3: 1'
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 3-4 E L Amaretto liqueur
  • 2-3 drops
  • bitter almond flavor

Wash, stem and stone the cherries. Weigh 1 kg. Mix the Gelfix and sugar and mix with the cherries in a large saucepan.

Bring to the boil over high heat while stirring. Cook for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the liqueur and flavor. Fill immediately into prepared glasses. Close and let cool down inside out
