Amaretto apple punch
- 2 small tart apples li>
- 2 l unfiltered apple juice
- 3 Cinnamon sticks
- grated zest of 1 organic orange
- 8-16 EL Amaretto or almond syrup
- Wash, quarter, core and finely dice apples. Heat the apple juice, cinnamon, orange peel and apple cubes for about 15 minutes (do not boil!).Pour into glasses and spread 1–2 tablespoons of amaretto or syrup in each.
