  • 300 g Sugar
  • 1/2 Bottle of bitter almond oil

Briefly add the almonds to boiling water. Then peel it from the skin. Place on a tray. Leave to dry in a slightly heated oven for approx. 1 hour. Let the almonds cool down well and puree in the blender.

Mix the sugar, bitter almond oil and almonds evenly. Beat the egg whites lightly. Gradually add to the almonds until a firm dough is formed. Dust the baking sheet with flour. Put small heaps on it, bring it into shape.

Dust with icing sugar. Dry in a preheated oven (electric stove: 100 ° C / gas: level 1) for approx. 1 1/4 hours. Dust with icing sugar again and serve.
