Altbier punch

For 2 people
  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 150-200 ml Altbier
  • 100 ml peach juice
  • Mark
  • 1 EL whipped cream
  • 4 egg yolk
  • 2 EL Sugar
  • 1 EL lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Cardamom

Let the raspberries thaw. Put the beer, peach juice, vanilla pulp and pod and cream in a saucepan and heat slowly over low heat. In the meantime, put the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whip them on the hot water bath until they are thick and frothy.

Carefully add the beer to the egg yolk cream while stirring constantly. Season with lemon juice, cardamom and possibly sugar. Put the raspberries in the glasses, top up with punch and serve.
