Alsatian tart

For 8 people
  • Shortcrust pastry
  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g soft , but not melted butter
  • Salt
  • a glass of water
  • Fruit
  • Cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 10 cl milk or cream
60 minutes
Knead the dough with your hands, form a ball and spend the night with cover with a cloth and let rest in a cool place Line the tart pan with shortcrust pastry. Prick several times with a fork. Cover with quartered, peeled and (for better baking) cut apples.
Pour the cream on top after baking for 10 minutes and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes in a very hot oven. Mix the cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle over the tart after baking.
