Almond yogurt with summer berries

For 4 people
  • 50-75 g chopped almonds
  • 500 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • 2-3 EL Sugar
  • 1-2 EL Lemon juice
  • 400 g fresh berries (e.g. B. strawberries, raspberries
  • and blackberries)
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • Ice cream cones z. Decorate
20 minutes
Roast the almonds until golden brown. Take out and let cool down. Mix together yogurt, vanilla sugar and half of the almonds. Add sugar and lemon juice to taste.
Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Sort the rest of the berries, rinse carefully and drain well
Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yoghurt. Fill into four dessert glasses. Spread the berries on top and sprinkle with the remaining almonds. Possibly. decorate with waffles
Simply varied:
For desserts, creamier, milder dishes are particularly suitable
Yoghurt, which is available with 1.5 or even 0.1% fat. Vanilla yogurt also goes well. For dessert, try the combination of blueberries, nectarine and rum - a delicious change
