Almond tiramisu

For 4 people
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 150 ml strong coffee
  • 50 ml Amaretto
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Lean quark
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanillin sugar
  • 1 EL freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 8 ladyfingers (approx. 10 g each)
  • 1 TL Cocoa powder
  • mint and chocolate rolls

Roast the almond flakes in a pan without fat and remove it from the pan to take. Mix the coffee and liqueur. Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and half of the coffee-liqueur mixture with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in 3/4 of the roasted almond flakes. Place two ladyfingers on each plate. Drizzle with the rest of the coffee and liqueur mixture. Spread a little mascarpone cream on each. Dust with cocoa and sprinkle with the remaining flaked almonds. Decorate with mint and chocolate rolls if you like
