Almond tiramisu

For 6 people
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 500 g Lean quark
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • 7 EL Almond Liqueur
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 250 ml cold strong coffee
  • 30 g Almond flakes
  • 200–250 g Ladyfingers
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 TL cinnamon

Squeeze the lemon. Mix the quark, mascarpone, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, 2 tbsp liqueur and sugar together. Mix together the coffee and 5 tbsp liqueur. Roast the almond flakes in a pan without fat until golden brown.

Line the mold (approx. 15 x 30 cm) with half of the ladyfingers and drizzle with half of the coffee. Spread half of the cream on top. Process the remaining ladyfingers and cream in the same way. Chill the tiramisu for approx. 2 hours. Before serving, mix cocoa and cinnamon and sprinkle thickly on the tiramisu. Sprinkle with almond flakes
