Almond rice

Preparation

  1. Fry the almonds with olive oil in a small pan for 3-4 minutes over medium heat while stirring until light brown.
  2. Thoroughly stir in long grain rice, instant vegetable stock, capers and organic lime zest. Let everything simmer for 3-4 minutes over low heat.
  3. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco.
