Almond pudding

For 4 people
  • 1/2 l milk
  • 1 packet pudding powder 'almond flavor'
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 2 Oranges
  • 4 EL Campari
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • almond flakes, orange talers and mint

Mix in 4 tablespoons of milk, pudding powder and sugar until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, add the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil again while stirring. Fill in cold-rinsed tortellette molds (12 cm Ø) and refrigerate for approx. 4 hours. In the meantime, peel the oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out the fillets between the separators. Catch the juice. Squeeze the rest of the fruit out again. Mix the juice with the Campari and vanilla sugar. Turn the pudding out onto the plate. Serve with fillets and juice. Serve garnished with toasted almond flakes, orange thalers and mint
