Almond pudding with chocolate

- 1 bar (100 g) dark chocolate span>
- 2 Parcel (37 g each) 'Almond flavor' pudding powder
- 1100 ml Milk
- 4 EL Amaretto (almond liqueur)
- 50 g Sugar li>
- 1 Packet of chocolate sauce powder (without cooking)

- Roughly chop the chocolate. Mix the pudding powder with 100 ml milk. Put 800 ml milk, amaretto and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Take the saucepan off the stove and stir in the mixed pudding powder. Bring to the boil again while stirring. Rinse 4 molds (approx. 150 ml each) with cold water and pour in the pudding by tablespoon and sprinkle the chocolate chips between them. Chill for at least 3 hours. In the meantime, pour the remaining milk into a bowl and add the sauce powder all at once and beat quickly and vigorously with a whisk for about 1 minute. Carefully remove the pudding from the edge with a knife. Hold briefly in hot water so that the chocolate chips detach from the edge. Turn the pudding onto a plate and pour the chocolate sauce over it. Serve decorated with almond flakes, chocolate slices and orange slices as desired
