Almond peaches

  • 250 ml cold milk
  • 1 package chen Sauce powder 'Vanilla flavor'
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 200 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1 protein (size M)
  • 50 g Almond kernels
  • 50 g candied ginger
  • 4 (à 200 g) Peaches
  • 1 EL almond flakes

Pour milk into a mixing bowl. Stir in the sauce powder with a whisk, stir vigorously for approx. 1 minute, chill. Put 100 ml water and 75 g sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil.

Simmer for 5 minutes over high heat. Roughly grate the marzipan. Mix with the whisk of the hand mixer until smooth, stirring in the egg white. Roughly chop the almonds and ginger, mix into the marzipan.

Wash the peaches, cut in half, remove the stone. Spread the marzipan mixture on the peach halves, place in a baking dish. Drizzle over the syrup. Mix the almond flakes and 25 g sugar, sprinkle over the peaches.

Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Stir the sauce again. Serve the peaches with the sauce.
