Almond meatballs in curry sauce

- 1 rolls from the previous day li>
- 1 span> medium-sized onion
- 50-75 g whole almond kernels with skin
- 75 g raisins span>
- 500 g Minced beef
- 1 egg (Gr. M)
- Salt, white Pepper

- 1-2 TL Curry, 1/4 l milk
- 1 TL Vegetable stock (instant)
- 3-4 tbsp light sauce binder
- 2-3 EL sour cream or crème fraîche span>
- 1/2 Bundle Parsley

- Soak the rolls. Peel and dice the onion. Roughly chop the almonds. Wash the raisins
- 2.
- Knead the mince, squeezed bread roll, onion, egg, a third of almonds and half of the raisins. Season with salt, pepper and possibly cumin. Form 12-14 balls from it

- Heat the oil. Fry the balls brown all over for 8-10 minutes. Dust with curry. Add the remaining almonds and raisins. Stir in milk and 1/4 l water. Bring to the boil, stir in the stock and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes

- Tie the sauce with a sauce thickener and refine with sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. Wash, chop and sprinkle the parsley. Flatbread or rice goes well with it
