Almond flan on berries

For 4 people
  • 1/4 l milk
  • 200-250 g whipped cream
  • 1 pack 'Almond Sulz
  • 300 g mixed berries (fresh or TK)
  • 450 ml cherry juice
  • 1-2 EL Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pack Sauce powder' Vanilla flavor
  • Lemon balm

Warm the milk. Whip the cream until stiff, chill. Mix the milk and cream powder briefly with the whisk of the hand mixer first on the low level, then beat on the highest level for about 1 minute. Stir the cream into the cream. Rinse 4 molds (approx. 150 ml content) with cold water and pour in the cream. Approx. Chill for 3 hours.
Wash or sort and clean fresh berries. Mix 4-5 tablespoons of juice, sugar, vanilla sugar and sauce powder. Bring the remaining juice to the boil, stir in the sauce powder, bring to the boil and fold in the berries (frozen and defrosted). Let cool down
Turn the almond flan out of the molds. Arrange with the berries on plates. Decorate with lemon balm if you like
