Almond cream with cherries

For 4 people
  • 4 sheet gelatine
  • 400 ml Almond Drink
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • 150 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 3–4 EL Almond liqueur
  • 150 g Cherry groats

Gelatine in cold water Bring the almond drink, vanilla sugar and condensed milk to the boil, then pour into a bowl. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the almond milk. Stir in the liqueur and let it cool down lukewarm.

Fill almond milk into glasses (approx. 200 ml each) and chill for at least 4 hours. Serve the cream with some groats. Add the remaining groats.
