Almond batter with cherries

Stir the fat until frothy. Add sugar and vanillin sugar. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix in flour, baking powder and almonds and stir in. Grease a baking sheet and spread the batter on it.

Drain the cherries. Sprinkle the batter with breadcrumbs and distribute the cherries on top. Knead the ingredients for the streusel with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Crumble over the cherries with your hands.
