Almond Bacon Fruits

For 8 people
  • 200 g dried plums, apricots and dates (without stone )
  • 100 g Almond kernels (without skin)
  • 350–400 g Bacon (sliced)
  • Baking paper

Fill plums, apricots and dates with 1 almond kernel each.
2.
Line two baking trays with baking paper. Halve the bacon slices. Wrap one half around each of the filled fruits. Distribute on the baking sheets. Grill one after the other under the hot grill of the oven for 5–7 minutes until the bacon is crispy, turning after approx. 3 minutes.
