Almond and pineapple smoothie

- 1 TL almond flakes
- 1/2 Orange
- 1/4 Banana
- 2 slices pineapple (can) span>
- 150 ml Skimmed milk yogurt
- 5 EL skimmed milk
- 1 TL Raisins
- 1 thin Orange slice

- Roast the almond flakes in a pan without fat. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife from between the separating skins.
- 2.
- Peel the banana, roughly cut the pineapple and banana into pieces. Put the fruit in a tall mixing bowl. Add the yoghurt and milk to the fruit and puree everything. Pour the smoothie into a glass, top with flaked almonds and raisins.
- 3.
- Decorate the glass with a slice of orange.
