Almond and pineapple smoothie

For 1 person
  • 1 TL almond flakes
  • 1/2 Orange
  • 1/4 Banana
  • 2 slices pineapple (can)
  • 150 ml Skimmed milk yogurt
  • 5 EL skimmed milk
  • 1 TL Raisins
  • 1 thin Orange slice

Roast the almond flakes in a pan without fat. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife from between the separating skins.

Peel the banana, roughly cut the pineapple and banana into pieces. Put the fruit in a tall mixing bowl. Add the yoghurt and milk to the fruit and puree everything. Pour the smoothie into a glass, top with flaked almonds and raisins.
3.
Decorate the glass with a slice of orange.
