Almond and orange shake


Portion size: For 2 glasses (250 ml each)

  1. Cut off the peel and the inner white skin from the oranges. Halve the orange, remove the stones and the white inner skin, then cut the orange into pieces.
  2. Put the orange pieces with yogurt, almond butter, cinnamon powder, amaretto, orange liqueur and 4 ice cubes in the blender or puree with the food processor until foamy. Sweeten with sugar if desired. Fill into glasses and dust with cinnamon powder. Cut the orange slices up to half and stick them to the edge of the glass.
