Almond and mascarpone dessert

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g ground almonds with skin
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)

Mix the mascarpone, almonds and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until smooth. Stir in eggs one at a time. Grease 4 ovenproof molds (approx. 150 ml each). Pour the cream into the molds and smooth out.

Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for 20-25 minutes. Take out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately. Possibly. decorate with mint.
