Almond and brittle cream with grapes

For 4 people
  • 1/2 l milk
  • 1 packet pudding powder 'vanilla-almond'
  • or 'vanilla flavor'
  • 2 tbsp + 2 high tbsp sugar
  • 2 EL chopped almonds
  • 200 g light grapes
  • 100 g whipped cream
