Alaska pollock on penne (Diäko day 2 main course)

For 1 person
  • 40 g Penne pasta
  • Salt
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 10 g small onion cubes
  • 20 g whipped cream
  • Pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 3-5 g mashed potatoes
  • 30 g cucumber cubes
  • 50 g Pollock cut into cubes
  • 1/2 TL chopped dill

Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan and sauté onion cubes for 1-2 minutes. Add 6 tablespoons of water and cream, bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

First stir in the puree flakes, then add the cucumber cubes and saithe and let simmer for 2-4 minutes over low to medium heat. Drain the pasta. Stir the dill into the sauce and serve with the noodles.

Garnish with dill.
