Aioli

For 4 people
  • 250 ml Oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 1 egg (er)
  • 1 EL Vinegar
  • 1 TL Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • 3 Garlic clove

Make sure that all ingredients are roughly the same temperature. Puree the egg, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and garlic with the blender. Slowly add the rapeseed oil and mix until the mixture is stiff.
