For 4 people form> 250 span> ml Oil (rapeseed oil) 1 egg (er) span> 1 EL span> Vinegar 1 span> TL Sugar ½ teaspoon salt 1 TL Mustard span> 3 span> Garlic clove 20 minutes 1. Make sure that all ingredients are roughly the same temperature. Puree the egg, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and garlic with the blender. Slowly add the rapeseed oil and mix until the mixture is stiff.
