Aioli

  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 TL medium hot mustard
  • 1 TL Wine vinegar
  • 150 ml Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Curry

For the aioli, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix with egg yolk, mustard and vinegar. Add the oil while stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry
