Aioli serrano wraps

For 32 pieces
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Mayonnaise (50% fat)
  • 150 g Cream cheese (16% fat)
  • black pepper
  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pack (360 g) Soft Tortillas
  • 24 slices Serrano Ham (approx. 8 g each)

For the aioli, peel the garlic and dice it finely. Beat the mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic and pepper until smooth. Clean, wash and pat the lettuce dry. Lay out the tortillas and brush each with 1 tablespoon of aioli. Place 1 lettuce leaf and 3 slices of ham on top. Brush with 1 teaspoon of aioli and roll up from one side. Cut diagonally into 4 pieces and pin with wooden skewers
