After work tomato frittata for two

For 2 people
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 5 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 5 EL Milk
  • Salt, pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 2 EL frozen-italian-herbs
  • 100 g grated pizza cheese

Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Whisk eggs and milk together. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a coated pan (with lid). Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with frozen herbs and cheese. Pour egg milk over it. Put the lid on over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Use the lid to turn the frittata and finish cooking for approx. 5 minutes.
