After-work slice with cucumber and dill quark

For 4 people
  • 1⁄2 Cucumber
  • 4 disc n smoked salmon
  • 3 Stick (s) Dill
  • 200 g cream quark
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • 4 slices grain bread

Wash the cucumber and dice it. Cut the salmon into fine strips. Wash dill, shake dry and chop.

Mix the quark with cucumber, olive oil and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Spread dill quark on the bread. Spread the salmon on the quark.
