After-work noodles

- Salt, pepper
- 1 glass (approx. 290 g) red and yellow roasted peppers

- 400
g Penne - 1 EL Oil

- 200 g whipped cream li>
- 4 stem (s) flat-leaf parsley

- 3–4 l salt water (1 teaspoon salt per liter ) bring to a boil. Drain the peppers and cut into small pieces. Peel onion and chop finely. Cut the bacon into strips.

- Put the pasta in the boiling salted water and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the bacon and onion in it for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper strips and tomato paste, sauté briefly.

- Deglaze with cream, bring to the boil. Simmer for 3–5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4.
- Wash the parsley, shake dry, chop finely, stir into the sauce. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. In addition: Parmesan.
