Affogato

For 4 glasses (300 ml each)
  • 200 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 Cup (s) (60 ml) hot espresso
  • 200 ml milk
  • ice cubes

Condensed milk in 4 glasses to distribute. Carefully pour the espresso on top. Heat and froth the milk. Divide the ice cubes in the glasses and pour the milk over the back of a spoon, serve immediately.
