  • 1 packet Vanillin sugar
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 100 ml Brandy

Egg yolks, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar are creamy for about 10 minutes with the whisk of the hand mixer on the highest setting beat. Add the whipped cream and stir for another 5 minutes. Add brandy and stir for about 3 minutes. Pour eggnog in a carafe. Makes 400 ml
