Advent Tiramisu (Tatjana)

For 4 people
  • 200 g cream
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Quark (lean quark)
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Spekulatius
  • 400 g Berries, mixed, TK
30 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the mascarpone, quark, sugar and vanilla sugar, fold in the cream.
Spread approx. 3 tablespoons of the cream in a square baking dish, cover with a layer of speculoos. Spread the berries on top (you can prepare well with the frozen fruits the evening before, it then pulls through well).
Spread the rest of the cream on top and cover with speculoos. Chill for 4-5 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. It looks particularly beautiful when you dust stars made of cocoa with a stencil.
