Advent Tiramisu (Tatjana)

- Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the mascarpone, quark, sugar and vanilla sugar, fold in the cream.
- Spread approx. 3 tablespoons of the cream in a square baking dish, cover with a layer of speculoos. Spread the berries on top (you can prepare well with the frozen fruits the evening before, it then pulls through well).
- Spread the rest of the cream on top and cover with speculoos. Chill for 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. It looks particularly beautiful when you dust stars made of cocoa with a stencil.
